In the Bak Jom Dao the knives act as extensions of the hands, utilizing the techniques first learned in the hands forms.
This weapon set introduces new body weighting with retreating and advancing footwork.

Practice of the Bak Jom Dao can also improve wrist strength and overall mobility in combat, and can also improve Chi sau skills by applying knife techniques in Chi Sau.
Each movement of the knives cuts, slashes, or stabs directly at the centerline of your opponent.
The form utilizes movements that are simultaneously offensive and defensive by using the knives in unison

Sifu Chow, a native of Hong Kong has been studying and teaching Wing Chun for over 35 years.
He trained in many styles, but discovered that Wing Chun has one of the best set of theories which can be developed into different ranges of fighting.
Today, the Integrative Wing Chun that Sifu Chow developed is an all range fighting system which covers the fighting of stand up long-range, close-range, takedown range and ground-grappling range.

In this fighting range Sifu Chow shows you how to expand the tradition of Sticky Hands fighting power.
He invented the Sticky Hands 4-Phase training method.
Phase 1 is to train you how to control your opponent's wrists.
Phase 2 is to train you how to control your opponent's elbows.
